Genoveva Meza Talbott, Esq.

DSC_0834Genoveva is a founding partner of Talbott + Kim LLP, a firm specializing in the practice of family law. Genoveva’s breadth of experience in family law is extensive, covering all matters relating to dissolution, spousal and child support, custody and visitation, domestic violence, paternity, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.  She is dedicated to making exceptional legal services accessible and affordable, offering flat fees and limited scope representation.  This means she breaks down family law tasks and offers them a la carte so you choose one or multiple tasks depending on your needs and budget.

In addition to her low-bono practice, she has handled complex and high-profile matters involving television and film stars, as well as professional athletes and entrepreneurs. Genoveva regularly volunteers her time to legal clinics servicing low-income clients and victims of domestic violence. She has received accolades from bench officers for her professionalism, experience, and approach to the resolution of family law matters. She is a frequent speaker on a number of family law topics, as well as topics relating to Diversity in the Legal Profession, a subject about which she is very passionate. Genoveva has been bestowed with prestigious honors, including a full scholarship to USC Gould School of Law, and more recently, OC Metro’s  coveted “40 Under 40”—recognizing  young professionals who are at the top of their game.  In 2011, Genoveva was elected President of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, a position that gave her the opportunity to make an impact inside and outside the legal profession.
